Terms of Use
Last Updated: December 27, 2025
1. Acceptance of Terms
Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Agreement”) carefully before using the Canada Jackpot Radar website and services (the “Service”, “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
Canada Jackpot Radar operates as a licensed online lottery ticket service, providing eligible users with access to official lottery tickets for selected draws in Canada. By accessing, browsing or using this Site, including creating a player account and purchasing official lottery tickets, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site or any of our ticket-purchasing features. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and others who access or use the Service.
We may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements or business practices. When we do so, we will update the “Last Updated” date shown above. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Nature of the Service (Licensed Ticket Service)
Canada Jackpot Radar is a licensed online lottery ticket service. Through our Site, eligible users can purchase official lottery tickets for selected draws that are organized and conducted by provincial and territorial lottery corporations in Canada.
Our role is to facilitate the remote purchase of official lottery tickets, provide clear information about available games, and display ticket and result information within your player account. We do not operate our own lottery draws, set prize structures or determine winning numbers. All outcomes are determined solely by the relevant lottery corporations and governed by their official rules.
We are not an online casino or sportsbook, and we do not offer slot machines, casino-style table games or sports betting products. Our Service is limited to access to official lottery tickets and related information.
Nothing on this website constitutes financial, tax, legal or professional advice. You are responsible for how you use the Service and for ensuring that lottery play remains affordable and within your personal limits.
3. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of Canada Jackpot Radar, including ticket purchasing features, is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:
- You are at least 19 years of age (and at least the legal age of majority and lawful participation in lottery products in your Canadian province or territory of residence).
- You are a resident of Canada in a jurisdiction where our Service is permitted and where we are authorized to offer access to official lottery tickets.
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- You are not currently self-excluded from gambling or lottery products under any applicable provincial or territorial program, or otherwise prohibited from using such services.
By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. We may conduct age or identity verification checks and may request supporting documentation before enabling or continuing ticket purchases.
If we become aware that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may suspend or terminate their account, cancel pending transactions where appropriate and take other steps required by law or regulation.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Site and its original content, features and functionality (including text, graphics, logos, icons, design, software and other materials) are and will remain the exclusive property of Canada Jackpot Radar and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws of Canada and other jurisdictions.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, translate or distribute content from the Site without our prior written consent.
- Use any of our trademarks, service marks, logos or branding without written authorization.
- Use Site content for any commercial or public display beyond your personal use.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer or otherwise derive source code from any software on the Site, except as permitted by applicable law.
5. Player Accounts
To purchase official lottery tickets through Canada Jackpot Radar and to access certain features (such as viewing ticket history and managing responsible play settings), you must create and maintain a player account.
5.1 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your password with any third party or allow another person to use your account.
You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access, suspected breach of security or misuse of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
5.2 Use of Your Account
Your player account is for your personal use only. You agree not to:
- Open or operate an account on behalf of another person.
- Use automated tools or scripts to access or interact with the Service.
- Engage in fraudulent, illegal or abusive behaviour while using the Site.
5.3 Not a Bank Account or Investment Product
Your player account is not a bank account, credit facility or investment product. Any funds you use to purchase tickets are processed by our payment service providers solely for the purpose of completing ticket purchases and related transactions. We do not pay interest on any amounts held in connection with open transactions or refunds.
5.4 Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms, violated applicable law or regulatory requirements, provided inaccurate information, engaged in fraud, or if we are required to do so by a regulator or lottery corporation.
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team, subject to the completion of pending transactions and any legal or regulatory retention requirements.
6. Disclaimers and No Warranties
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Canada Jackpot Radar makes no representations or warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components.
- No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we make reasonable efforts to keep game information, draw schedules and results up to date, we do not guarantee that all information is accurate, complete or current at all times. In the event of any discrepancy between information on this Site and the official records of a lottery corporation, the official records will prevail.
- No Guarantee of Winnings: Purchasing official lottery tickets through our Service does not increase your odds of winning compared to purchasing through other authorised channels. All outcomes in lottery games are random and determined by the relevant lottery corporations. We make no promise or representation that you will win any prize.
- No Professional Advice: Content on the Site is provided for general information only and should not be considered financial, legal, tax or professional advice. If you have concerns about gambling behaviour, finances or legal obligations, you should consult appropriate professionals.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Canada Jackpot Radar, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:
- Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service;
- Any errors or inaccuracies in content, including game information or results;
- Any conduct or content of third parties on or linked from the Service;
- Unauthorized access to or use of your account, login credentials or data; or
- Any interruption, suspension, modification or termination of the Service.
In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are not permitted, our liability will be limited to the fullest extent allowed by law. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Service will not exceed the total value of ticket purchases you have made through the Service in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8. Third-Party Links and Resources
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Canada Jackpot Radar, including official provincial or territorial lottery corporations and responsible gambling organizations.
We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, security or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk. We recommend that you review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.
9. Responsible Use of the Service
By using Canada Jackpot Radar, you agree to approach lottery play as a form of entertainment and to use our Service responsibly. You acknowledge that:
- Lottery games involve risk, and you may lose some or all of the money spent on tickets.
- You will never spend more on lottery tickets than you can comfortably afford to lose.
- You will not use our Service to attempt to recover previous losses or as a strategy to solve financial problems.
We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts, or limit access, where we reasonably believe that use of the Service is harmful, abusive, fraudulent or inconsistent with principles of responsible play, or where required by applicable law or regulation.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
